Available: Immediately

Responsibilities: Solicit and advise individuals, families, and companies on their money-management and financial planning needs. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Impeccable integrity
  • Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university
  • FINRA Series 65 exam
  • Clean U-4
  • Five or more years of experience consulting with wealthy individuals or institutions

Preferred Requirements: 

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics or Finance.
  • Life, Accident, Health & Insurance Licenses.
  • CFP, CFA Certified Financial Planner
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)

Investment Mathematician

Responsibilities: The strategic and quantitative analysis of markets and securities. Developing systematic trading rules that combine fundamental and technical analysis, economic analysis, and business experience. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Impeccable integrity
  • Bachelors degree in mathematics
  • Five or more years trading US equities
  • Ability to understand and analyze market movements and trading patterns. Strong mathematical ability

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Masters or PhD in statistics, mathematics, or financial engineering
  • At least 6 years relevant experience

 Chief Compliance Officer 

Available: January 2016 

Responsibilities: 

  • Development and enforcement of appropriate policies and procedures for the investment advisor;
  • Ensuring adherence to the investment advisor’s policies and procedures;
  • Implementing and enforcing the investment advisor’s written compliance program;
  • Knowing the regulatory requirements as they relate to the investment advisor; 

Minimum Requirement: 

  • Impeccable integrity
  • Bachelors of higher degree from an accredited university.
  • Series 65 or Series 7, 24, 64 or 66 

Remuneration: 

Contingent on experience. All applicants required to take a PI Survey; all employees subject to a background check prior to hire.
