Salient to Investors:
Nationwide Building Society said UK house prices increased rose 1.1 percent from a year earlier, the most since November 2011.
Robert Gardner at Nationwide said housing is gradually gaining momentum and the economy and credit policy provide reasons for optimism in the quarters ahead.
